1. Who we are
Live Clippers is operated by Creando Pro LLC, incorporated in Georgia, USA, at 1276 Industrial Blvd, Suite 2, Gainesville, GA 30517. Contact: [email protected].
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you disagree with any part of them.
3. Service
Live Clippers is a technical SaaS tool for requesting short captures from public live streams and exporting them as MP4, MP3 or JPG. We provide processing infrastructure and do not grant rights in third-party content.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
You must be at least 16 years old, keep your account secure, and use the service lawfully. You may not process content without rights or a valid legal basis, capture private or harmful content, bypass DRM, abuse the platform, or resell the service without written permission.
5. Copyright and DMCA
Rights holders may send notices to [email protected] with the copyrighted work, allegedly infringing material, contact details, good-faith statement, accuracy statement, and signature. We respond to valid notices and may suspend repeat infringers.
6. Subscriptions, credits and payments
The service uses paid plans and consumable credits. Credits required for an operation are shown before processing. Payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store full payment card details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel from your account page. Cancellation stops renewal but does not refund the current period or already consumed credits. Because each operation consumes cloud resources immediately, consumed credits and paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise or we decide otherwise commercially.
8. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creando Pro LLC’s aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms with notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal requirements, security risks or misuse.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction may still apply.
